
Biography
Lucas Hand is a Canadian racing driver from Calgary, Alberta who will make his Formula 4 debut in 2026 with Kiwi Motorsport in the Formula Pro USA (FPUSA) Championship, beginning the next phase of his progression through the professional open-wheel racing ladder.

He built his foundation in competitive karting with the Calgary Kart Racing Club, earning a third-place championship finish in 2023, multiple podiums, and consistent top-10 results before graduating to formula cars through multiple Formula Car Racing School's and extensive Ligier F4 testing.
Known for his consistency, technical feedback, and mental discipline, Hand enters FPUSA focused on strong rookie-season results and long-term advancement in formula car racing.

Starting in karting at age 14, Lucas Hand rapidly progressed through competition at the Calgary Kart Racing Club, scoring multiple podium finishes and a third-place championship result in his first full season.


Lucas Hand will compete in the 2026 Formula Pro USA Championship with Kiwi Motorsport, launching his Formula 4 career as part of his progression through the professional open-wheel ranks.
