
Biography
Jeff Bucknum is a professional racing driver, driver coach, and motorsport manager with a career spanning karting, formula cars, sports cars, and IndyCar competition.
He began racing in karts before advancing to formula cars, where he earned multiple victories and established himself as a front-running competitor. He later achieved major success in sports car racing, including winning the 12 Hours of Sebring, and went on to compete in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Jeff also raced in IndyCar, including multiple starts in the iconic Indianapolis 500, placing him among an elite group of drivers to compete at the highest levels of international motorsport. Beyond competition, he has worked as a stunt driver in commercials and feature films, including Ford v Ferrari, bringing real-world racing precision to the screen.

Today, Jeff is a highly respected driver coach and manager, working closely with developing and professional drivers to refine performance, navigate career progression, and succeed on and off the track.

Jeff Bucknum served as a stunt driver in Ford v Ferrari, piloting his father’s iconic Ford GT40 on screen and bringing real-world racing precision and authenticity to one of the most celebrated motorsport films ever made.


Jeff Bucknum achieved a class victory in the LMP2 category of the 12 Hours of Sebring, driving for Miracle Motorsports in the 2005 Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring endurance race at Sebring International Raceway. Alongside co-drivers Chris McMurry and Ian James, Bucknum’s effort in the Courage C65 prototype covered 311 laps and secured the top spot in LMP2 against a competitive field, marking one of the standout achievements in his sports car racing career.
